Carpet and flooring orders will be delivered a minimum of three working days from placing your order. Underlay, gripper and door plate orders will be delivered a maximum of three working days from placing your order. If you would like your items scheduled for delivery on a specific date, please select at checkout.

Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an email with an expected delivery date. 48 hours before delivery you will receive a further email to confirm the delivery date.

Chosen Delivery dates are upheld where possible but we advise all customers not to arrange for the fitting until your have received your order.

Delivery is to a ground floor kerbside location. Your order will be delivered by either our fleet or a specially selected courier.

Due to the extra cost of delivering to remote areas, we place a surcharge on deliveries to the following regions:

  • Scottish Highlands - £20.00
  • Scottish islands & Scillies - £35.00
  • Northern Island - £15.00
  • Republic of island - £15.00
  • Channel Islands / Isle of man - £35.00

We ask that all goods are inspected for damage prior to signing, as once the delivery has been made and signed for in good condition, we regret to inform that any claim for damage will be rejected.


We are confident that you will be happy with the goods received, however should the need arise to request a return we ask that you follow the following process:

  • 1. Contact us to via phone or e-mail, describing the reason for return
  • 2. We will issue an RMA number
  • 3. Return the goods, enclosing the RMA number with your return package
  • 4. We will then inspect the returned goods to either:
  • a. In the case of a fault, ensure that a fault is present and as described
  • b. In the case of unwanted goods, ensure that the goods are in a resalable condition
  • 5. A refund will then be issued, which should take no more than 3-5 days to arrive

Please note that refunds will be minus the original carriage charge, and may be subject to a 20% handling charge or a restocking fee. We will only accept the return of non-faulty goods within 7 days of you receiving them, the goods must be in an original, unused and resalable condition, with the manufacturers packaging and boxes undamaged or defaced. If any goods are returned not in the above condition we will return the goods to yourselves and the cost of re-delivery will be charged to yourselves.
